Hi, we are Glenn and Jacqueline an experienced, reliable, active, non-smoking couple from Melbourne, Australia.

We have been house and pet sitting in Asia, Europe, Mexico and Australia since 2015 and pride ourselves on providing an excellent and professional service for home owners. You can leave your home and pets in our capable hands and enjoy a worry free holiday knowing that everything at home is being taken care of.

We provide the best, expert care for your pets, keeping them to their usual routine and providing security for your home by being there every day and night. This is our No. 1 commitment to you.

Are there costs involved? – NO

We do not charge for house or pet sitting as we feel it’s a win win for both parties. We get to stay in a nice home, make new friends and enjoy and soak in the local culture whilst you have a very responsible couple taking care of your home and pets. Additionally, your home is occupied whilst you are away thereby providing security. (Many home insurance policies are void if the property is vacant after a specific duration).

If you require services beyond the usual housekeeping, garden maintenance, etc OR your beloved pet needs special care, then we can discuss whether a small fee may be required.

Will you respect my home? – YES, we’ll treat your home like we do our own.

We have engaged house sitters for our own home and understand the challenge of selecting the right sitter and concerns with letting someone you don’t know into your home. We are very conscientious and will keep your property clean and tidy and respect your privacy and belongings. When on assignment we do any shopping and exploring during the daytime, ensuring that your home is never left unattended overnight.

Will we turn up as agreed? – YES, we keep our word.

Once we have committed and agreed to take on an assignment with you we will be there as arranged. All we ask from our clients is that they afford us the same commitment.

Do we have References? – YES, from many happy home owners

What do YOU need to provide us?

All we ask for from our home owners is that you provide us with a clean, comfortable house with a comfortable bed (queen size if possible) in our own bedroom. Some space in the wardrobe for our clothes and it’s also useful to clear some space in your refrigerator and freezer for us too.

We require fast internet/Wifi access with reasonable download limits as we travel with our own laptops.

As full-time house sitters we do not have our own vehicle. Many home owners help us out and make a car available to use which is greatly appreciated (in some cases we will rent a car but this depends on the costs in that country). This can be critical if your pet is required to be taken to the vet in your absence. We both have clean Australian driving licences and can provide any other information your car insurance company requires.

We love cycling so provision of bicycles would be an added bonus!
